The support products offered on this website are not actual products or services.
They represent voluntary contributions intended solely to support the maintenance and development of the Triperic website and its content.
By purchasing or completing one of these support items, you confirm that:
- your contribution is made voluntarily, with no obligation or expectation of return;
- you understand that no physical goods or services will be provided in exchange;
- your contribution is non-refundable;
- Triperic is not a registered charity or non-profit organisation, and therefore no tax receipt or deduction applies;
- your payment is processed securely through trusted partners such as PayPal, Stripe, or Mollie;
- all personal information provided is used solely to process the support, in accordance with the Privacy & Simplicity Policy of Triperic.
All received contributions are used exclusively to:
- create and maintain peaceful off-grid locations,
- keep the website online and maintained,
- continue sharing content and translations,
- support and expand the Triperic community,
- keep the project free from advertising and commercial pressure.
4.1 Content and usage rights
- You retain the rights to the content you post (such as texts, photos, comments and experiences).
- You grant the Platform permission to display this content within the community for as long as it remains published.
- In addition, you grant Triperic a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable and royalty-free licence to use, display, adapt (such as resizing or cropping) and distribute your content for the operation and promotion of the Platform and its related channels. This licence remains valid without limitation in time.
- You confirm that you hold all necessary rights and that you do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or in violation of the rights of others. Triperic is not liable for content posted by users.
4.2 Prohibited content includes among other things:
- Unlawful content
- Hateful content
- Content that may cause harm to people or property
- Misleading content
- Content that infringes the rights of others
- Nudity and sexual content
The administrator may remove content if it violates the rules.
4.3 User conduct
- Users must always treat each other with respect.
- Bullying, threats, abuse, spam and other disruptive behaviour are prohibited.
- Commercial advertising is not permitted unless the administrator has given prior permission.
4.4 Volunteer vacancies
- Users may post volunteer vacancies if they are written honestly, clearly and respectfully.
- Paid jobs or misleading offers are not permitted.
5. Privacy
- Your privacy matters. The Privacy Policy explains how Triperic collects and uses your data.
- By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
6. Suspension or termination
- In case of violations of these terms, misuse or fraud, Triperic may temporarily suspend or terminate your access.
- Where possible, you will be informed in advance and given an opportunity to correct the issue.
7. Liability
- Triperic is a platform that connects users. We are not liable for any damage or inaccuracies caused by other users, nor for the results of using the platform.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you actually paid to Triperic in the preceding twelve months (if applicable).

9. Applicable law and disputes
- These terms are governed by Belgian law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
