To post a volunteer job, follow the steps below:
- First create an account or log in to your existing account. Without an account you cannot post a volunteer job.
- After logging in go to your account page.
- Click the tab called “Jobs”.
- In the Jobs section click the “Create” button.
- Fill in the form with all details of the volunteer job.
- Click the “Preview” button.
- Check that all information is correct and then click the “Submit Listing” button.
- Your volunteer job is now created and will appear in the Volunteers overview.
To edit a volunteer job, follow the steps below:
- After logging in go to your account page.
- Click the tab called “Jobs”.
- Click the “Edit” button for the volunteer job you want to modify in the list.
- Edit the form with all details of the volunteer job.
- Check that all information is correct and then click the “Safe changes” button.
- Your volunteer job is now edited and will appear in the Volunteers overview.
To mark a volunteer job as filled, follow the steps below:
- After logging in go to your account page.
- Click the tab called “Jobs”.
- Click the “Mark filled” button for the volunteer job you want to update in the list.
- The volunteer job is now marked as filled.
To mark a volunteer job as not filled, follow the steps below:
- After logging in go to your account page.
- Click the tab called “Jobs”.
- Click the “Mark not filled” button for the volunteer job you want to update in the list.
- The volunteer job is now marked as not filled.
To delete a volunteer job, follow the steps below:
- After logging in go to your account page.
- Click the tab called “Jobs”.
- Click the “Delete” button for the volunteer job you want to delete in the list.
- The volunteer job is now deleted.
