How to post a volunteer job?

To post a volunteer job, follow the steps below:

  • First create an account or log in to your existing account. Without an account you cannot post a volunteer job.
  • After logging in go to your account page.
  • Click the tab called “Jobs”.
  • In the Jobs section click the “Create” button.
  • Fill in the form with all details of the volunteer job.
  • Click the “Preview” button.
  • Check that all information is correct and then click the “Submit Listing” button.
  • Your volunteer job is now created and will appear in the Volunteers overview.

To edit a volunteer job, follow the steps below:

  • After logging in go to your account page.
  • Click the tab called “Jobs”.
  • Click the “Edit” button for the volunteer job you want to modify in the list.
  • Edit the form with all details of the volunteer job.
  • Check that all information is correct and then click the “Safe changes” button.
  • Your volunteer job is now edited and will appear in the Volunteers overview.

To mark a volunteer job as filled, follow the steps below:

  • After logging in go to your account page.
  • Click the tab called “Jobs”.
  • Click the “Mark filled” button for the volunteer job you want to update in the list.
  • The volunteer job is now marked as filled.

To mark a volunteer job as not filled, follow the steps below:

  • After logging in go to your account page.
  • Click the tab called “Jobs”.
  • Click the “Mark not filled” button for the volunteer job you want to update in the list.
  • The volunteer job is now marked as not filled.

To delete a volunteer job, follow the steps below:

  • After logging in go to your account page.
  • Click the tab called “Jobs”.
  • Click the “Delete” button for the volunteer job you want to delete in the list.
  • The volunteer job is now deleted.
